I'm excited to start this conversation with the Rekonnekt community and to prepare you for the upcoming session kicking off on June 13th @6am (GMT).
WHAT TO EXPECT:
➡️ Session 1: DESIGN THINKING
Where are you now, where are you going, how do we get you there + FOCUS = Where should you spend your energy.
We will kick off with an introduction to the Performance Acceleration model, exploring key frameworks such as design thinking and the physiology of focus.
After 100s hours of coaching ambitious and driven people, I started to see patterns in the pain. It showed up in language and behaviours that would often sabotage performance despite them setting big audacious and scary goals to have their best year ever!!!

This first session will build out the model that was designed to counter these very big questions.

Come ready to engage and to be asked the big questions (talking is voluntary). We will also ask you to commit to small incremental changes.
The session will close with an 'ask me anything' roundtable where you get to explore the content and what it means to you.
