The road tilts up, the dust rises, and the person beside you is no longer a CEO, an investor or a founder. They're simply someone breathing as hard as you are, choosing to keep going.
That's the moment we design for.
This March, we're taking 18 leaders to Siena for Strade Bianche 2027, one of the most beautiful weekends in professional cycling, raced on the white roads of Tuscany and finishing in Piazza del Campo.

The Weekend
WATCH THE WORLD'S BEST. THEN RIDE THEIR ROADS.
Saturday, 6 March: Watch. In the morning we ride part of the professional course. In the afternoon we stand in Piazza del Campo as the peloton races into Siena.
Sunday, 7 March: Ride. Your Strade Bianche. We clip in for the Gran Fondo from the Fortezza Medicea, across the Crete Senesi and its white gravel sectors, finishing in the same piazza as the pros. Choose the long route (137.7 km) or the short one (87 km), starting from a priority grid. No one rides alone.
All week: Connect. Long tables, honest conversations, and a group that stays together long after Siena.
Why We Ride

The Trust Circle: a facilitated opening on Thursday evening. Why you came, and what you're carrying.
Riding with a pro: a closed-door conversation with our pro-tour guest on pressure, teamwork and suffering well.
The Debrief: Sunday night. What the road showed you about how you lead.
A group that lasts: a private REKONNEKT channel and a reunion ride.
Your Place in Siena
EVERYTHING TAKEN CARE OF.
Four nights at Villa Elda, a private villa reserved only for our group, five minutes' walk from the centre of Siena. Meals and aperitivi, Gran Fondo entry with race kit handled, guided rides with a support car and mechanic, the REKONNEKT × Ciovita rider kit, and our host team on and off the bike.
You just need to get to Siena.
From €3,175 per person, sharing a double room (non-rider place €2,835).
